| Will your panels fit any casket? |
Yes they will. We have measurements on hand for many casket models
already, however, we ask that you measure the casket lid as a precaution. We
also include a set of mounting pins with every panel purchased.

| When can I expect my order? |
Panel orders usually ship within 24 hours, with some exceptions,
from our studios.
Memorial keepsakes and plaques may take slightly longer. Call
our office for details.

| What are the panels made of? |
Our panels are high quality photographs professionally dry mounted
on sturdy backing with our exclusive easel attachment.

| How do I send you a photo to customize a panel for my family? |
You simply e-mail us a .jpeg, .bmp or .tif file and we will do the
rest.

| Can we get extra copies of the panel? |
We archive all of our work, so additional panels may be ordered
at any time, regardless of how long ago the funeral too place. We
just need the original date of the funeral and name of deceased.

| Do you have samples available? |
We have a starter kit available. Additionally, we have many tools
available for Funeral Directors to assist with the marketing and selection

you create custom panels? |
We absolutely can work with you to create the perfect panel. Please
contact our office directly to discuss your needs.

| What other custom work can you do? |
We frequently create special gift plaques and panels for Firefighters,
Police, Veterans, and sports and social organizations at the request
of Funeral Directors. These tributes are often given by the funeral
homes as special donations within their community. See the website

offering.
